St. Louis Blues Acquire:

forward Samuel Blais
minor leaguer Hunter Skinner
2023 1st round pick (NYR) [Conditional]*
2024 4th round pick (NYR) [Conditional]**

*Conditions: The 2023 1st round pick will be the later of the NYR 2023 1st and the DAL 2021 1st
**Conditions: If the Rangers make the playoffs in 2023, the 4th round pick becomes a 3rd round



I am told the Rangers decided against what the Hawks wanted for Patrick Kane considering his hip issues this year. And the Rangers are very confident that Kane will signed in Manhattan in the summer.

It will be curious to see if Kane decides to hang it up now for the season and get the surgery…Good chance that happens
