USA Hockey, Hockey Canada and the Swedish Ice Hockey Federations have announced their rosters for the 2024 World Junior Summer Showcase in Plymouth, Michigan. The Finnish federation has not yet posted its rosters. Team USA has not yet revealed how it will divide its rosters into USA White and USA Blue squads.

The 2024 WJSS will run from July 26 to August 3, 2024. The event is a series of exhibition games played in round-robin fashion. As usual, during the latter segment of the games, USA Blue and USA White will be combined into a single Team USA squad.

Seven Flyers prospects have been named to their respective national team rosters: Denver Barkey (RW, Canada), Jack Berglund (C, Sweden), Carson Bjarnason (G, Canada), Oliver Bonk (D, Canada), Jett Luchanko (C, Canada), Noah Powell (RW, USA), Carter Sotheran (D, Canada).

Bonk played in last year's IIHF World Junior Championships. Barkey was a late cut in the Selection Camp in December 2023. Cole Knuble (C, USA) and Devin Kaplan (RW, USA) did not make the Selection Camp phase for Team USA after participating in the 2023 WJSS. Kaplan and Knuble have both since aged out of World Junior Championships eligibility.

There is a possibility that there could be as many as eight Flyers prospects at the 2024 WJSS. It depends on whether center Heikki Ruohonen is named to Team Finland.
