Where Would YOU Set Laine's Trade Value? Mon's Buzzcast

Now that he's completed the NHL's Player Assistance Progam, multiple sources say the Columbus Blue Jackets are going full speed ahead in trying to trade Patrik Laine. The player himself wants to get a fresh start somewhere else and the team wants to get something done and move forward.

The catch: The Blue Jackets will NOT accept an artificially low offer for the sake of getting a trade done. They realize Laine's Trade Value is down based off recent play, injuries, and off-ice issues. However, they also know he's still just 26, can score in bunches, and has played some center in addition to his customary spot on the wing.

If you were an NHL GM, what would your interest level be in acquiring Laine? Keep in mind that players of his talent level are rarely available AT ALL except when there's a dip in performance, off-ice concerns, or a trade request. What you be a FAIR deal in your mind, and what be your maximum (not fantasy) offer?
