The Ottawa Seantors have announced that center Shane Pinto has been cleared for action. This means his return to the lineup is tomorrow night in a provincial rivalry matchup with the Toronto Maple Leafs. His last game was October 22 in Utah, the first road win of the year.
Pinto, 23, has one goal and two assists in six games of play in the current 24/25 season. The New York native is a -3. The center iceman has averaged 17 and a half minutes for the Senators. This is a great sign for the top six to get a key contributor back into the fold for a team hoping to get into the playoffs after adding the influx of veteran presence.
Shane Pinto is on the first year of his contract extension where he is earning $3.75M.
