A few odds and ends regarding the first of a home-and-home matchup between the Wings and Leafs.

Jonas Gustavsson will see action tonight vs. the Red Wings in Detroit, most likely splitting time with Vesa Toskala.

In an interview yesterday, Coach Ron Wilson indicated that he is leaning towards returning Nazem Kadri back to his junior team. He cited the examples of Anaheim forwards Ryan Getzlaf and Bobby Ryan as the proper way to develop young players, having them finish their career in junior and/or getting their feet wet in the AHL before stepping up to the big leagues. Kadri is in the lineup tonight.
