After leaving Buffalo I got the sense that the mood was a bit over confident. Well the Sabres got caught watching themselves play last night..The Sabres need to remember that the team they are playing against is USED to be considered a heavy underdog, and therefore they can be very scary until they are absolutely eliminated. (see the end of the regular season)

The Penguins played a great game and perhaps most importantly MAF was stellar and got his playoff feet wet. Today the Pens need to make sure they don't think it is going to be easier at home...It will be harder given the team they are playing played in the third yesterday.and the Sens are angry at how Game 2 went down..The Sens have to be thrilled that the two teams are playing back to back games.

The Lightning has the scoring power to beat these Devils if they get average goaltending. They showed that yesterday, but the Devils are sometimes better on the road, so the Lightning needs to be careful to not take the bait in Florida and get caught trying to put on a show.

The Thrashers have put themselves into a terrible spot now, but have lost two closew games despite the big guns not doing a thing...They are still in this series...One win an game 3 and the pressure shifts again...
