The Durex brand appreciates the opportunity to combine the efforts to raise awareness about HIV spread and the relative countermeasures with such a major partner as the KHL.
Igor Radakovic, general manager of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare in Russia:
“Hockey is a widely-loved sport in Russia, with a rich history that we are all proud of. That’s why we believe that the cooperation with the KHL and the launch of our social program will help to raise public awareness in sexual health issues to a brand-new level. This is a great priority for us as a socially responsible company and it is important for us to regularly share our knowledge as our main objective is to help people take care of their health and make them happier.”
Dmitri Chernyshenko, KHL president:
“It is important, that the cooperation between the KHL and Durex is of great social importance and is not limited to the commercial component. In the next season, together with a new partner, we will try to draw the attention of hockey fans to the importance of a responsible attitude to their health. I am confident that the joint Durex & KHL project will make a positive contribution to the issue of increasing the social responsibility of the population.”
