I wish I knew how to say "south paw" in Swedish.

Got to throw out the first pitch at the Bisons game! Go Bisons!

A post shared by Rasmus Dahlin (@rasmusdahlinn) on

Rasmus Dahlin has fully and completely embraced the Buffalo community. He loves his hot chicken wings, playing Fortnite with his fellow Sabres teammates and playing shinny in the Fattey Hockey League. Add Buffalo Bisons baseball to Dahlin's list of Buffalo things conquered.

It hasn't taken long for Dahlin to becoe a Buffalonian!

Eat your heart out Toronto Maple Leafs fans!

Your city's next mega-star, Toronto Blue Jays future star Vladdy Guererro, Jr. is now friends with the *finger quotes* enemy from Buffalo, Rasmus Dahlin.

Where are John Tavares, Auston Mathews, Mitch Marner, Naz Kadri and Willy Nylander when you need them, eh, Leaf fans?

Here the two best hockey and baseball prospects in the world pose together for a picture for posterity before the ceremonial first pitch.

Thank the hockey and baseball gods that Dahlin didn't Baba Booey his ceremonial first pitch.

The lefty twirler threw an impressive borderline strike!

Here's Baba Booey's tragic first pitch.

Oh, by the way.

Vlad, Jr. hit his fourth HR in his past four games. The modern era record is five home runs in five games. I like Vlad, Jr.'s chances to break the record.

Like Dahlin, Guerrero will be making his debut in the show in the very near future.

These kids are good. Scary good!

Saturday night's alright for puck heads and seam heads!

Buffalo IS big enough for the best hockey and baseball prospect players in the world!

Get ready for Rasmus Dahlin and Vlad Guerrero, Jr. on the same stage tonight!

Dahlin has been invited to throw the ceremonial first pitch prior to tonight's Bisons "Superhero Night" game vs. the Toledo Mudhens.

Dahlin will take the mound just prior to the team's scheduled 6:05 p.m. game.

Dahlin was the first overall selection of the Sabres at the NHL Draft in Dallas and is the top hockey prospect in the free world.

Dahlin does it all! He's a world-class performer in all three zones of the ice.

Dahlin will jump right into the Sabres lineup and assist Jack Eichel, Casey Mittelstadt, Samson Reinhart, Kyle Okposo, Rasmus Ristolainen, Jake McCabe, Brendan Guhle, Zach Bogosian and the Sabres in leading the club out of the NHL standings dungeon and back to the playoffs this season.

Dahlin has been in town working out with his new teammates in preparation for the Prospects Challenge that will be hosted by the Sabres September 7-10. The tourney will feature games played by the top prospevcts of the Sabres, Boston Bruins, Pittsburgh Penguins and New Jersey Devils.

Sabres training camp will open in mid-September.

Dahlin is just the second Swedish-born player to ever be selected first overall in the NHL Draft. Mats Sundin was selected first overall by the Quebec Nordiques in 1990.

In January, Dahlin, 18, wowed crowds at the IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships in Buffalo. Dahlin led a stacked Swedish rister to a disappointing but impressive silver medal finish. Team Canada won WJC gold. Dahlin was named the 'Top Defenseman' of the WJCs and also represented Sweden at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, where he was the youngest men's hockey player in the tournament.

Not to be outdone by Dahlin, Bisons third baseman and Toronto Blue Jays rock star, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., who is just 19 years old and has homered in each of his last three games, is regarded as Major League Baseball's top prospect.

In his 10 games played in Buffalo, Guerrero has 13 hits in his 30 at bats. Guerrero has hit 3 home runs in his three past games, as well as 2 doubles. Vladdy Jr. now has 6 RBI and 24total bases. He owns a muy macho .800 slugging percentage and a hefty .538 on base percentage to go along with his .433 batting average.
