Tuesday was one of those games that was overdue for the Wild. Montreal just happened to be on the receiving end of some long overdue Wild production.
It is of course, ironic to come on the heels of the Wild's most embarrassing performance of the season.
As we have said all season the Wild are not as bad as they appear some nights nor as good as they play on others.

Tonight the Wild host Florida, the Eastern Conference equivalent of themselves.
An opportunity to get 2 points is ripe for the picking for the Wild. But what exactly is going on here?
Surely managment sees the writing on the wall. This team is not a auoff team any longer with the current makeup. And when they were a playoff team, they were just barely that.
