Five of six Ducks prospects competing at the World Junior Championship tournament this year will be leaving with medals.

Sam Colangelo, Jackson LaCombe, Henry Thrun and Trevor Zegras all took home Gold Medals with Team USA in a 2-0 win over Canada yesterday, while Jamie Drysdale was on the losing end, earning a Silver Medal in the loss.

Zegras was named tournament MVP, with 18 points in seven tournament games, which led the entire tournament. Colangelo, LaCombe and Thrun each had one point in the tournament for Team USA, while Drysdale finished the tournament with two assists in seven games for Canada.

Albin Sundsvik was the only Ducks prospect not to earn a medal at the tournament, with Sweden losing to Finland in the quarterfinals.
