Stand is 24 years old and also split the season between the NHL and AHL. Strand had one assist in 13 games with the Kings and five points in 19 games with the Reign. His deal is also one year and carries a $771,750 cap hit.
While the Kings will have a somewhat crowded blue line heading into next season, you can expect both defenders to get a look in training camp, while fighting for a roster spot with the Kings.
