San Jose Sharks General Manager Doug Wilson will be joining the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Today, the Hockey Hall of Fame announced that the 2020 Class will consist of Wilson, along with Marian Hossa, Jarome Igina, Kevin Lowe, Kim St-Pierre and Ken Holland.
Wilson played 1024 NHL games, scoring 827 points as a defenseman. He spent the majority of his career with the Chicago Blackhawks before joining the Sharks for the final two seasons of his career.
Wilson has been San Jose’s general manager since 2003 and has brought the Sharks to the playoffs in 14 of his 16 seasons with the team.
