Prospect Trevor Zegras could make his NHL debut for the Anaheim Ducks tonight, after being recalled by the team yesterday.

At practice, Zegras skated on the wing with Jakob Silfverberg, as well as Sam Steel at center, according to NHL.com’s Adam Brady. Head coach Dallas Eakins also said Zegras will be on the power play, once he makes his debut.

Zegras was selected ninth overall in the 2019 NHL Draft and is widely regarded as the organization’s top forward prospect. In eight games with the AHL’s San Diego Gulls to start the season, Zegras managed an impressive four goals and nine points.
