I started the blog on Monday with an introduction to the NHL's new Greatest Moments bracket game.

The league announced another cool initiative today — an online math-and-science learning program for middle-school kids that they've made free to parents who are handling their childrens' remote-learning needs while schools are closed.

The Canucks have also offered up some activities for kids — downloadable colouring sheets, puzzles and mazes.

Great to see his father Duke up and about after his health scare last summer! And how about Laurie sporting a "The Flow" sweatshirt while doing her yardwork?

On Wednesday, the Canucks held a Zoom call with J.T. Miller, who has stayed in Vancouver and is spending some quality time with his family with the Pause about to enter its fourth week.

My favourite questions during the league's Zoom calls over the past few days were the ones about who players would or wouldn't want to be quarantined with, so I'm glad Miller got to weigh in on this important subject as well!

Q: Who would you want and not want to be quarantined with?

A: "I don't want to be quarantined with Antoine Roussel. He'll know why. Rouss knows." 🤷‍♂️

"Benn or Tanev is who I'd want to be quarantined with...or even Myers. He's so funny he'd keep you entertained the entire time."

It's very fun to imagine how the Canucks players from different eras would fit together. Not entirely sure about Trevor Linden with the Sedins, though. They spent six seasons playing together in the 2000s and I don't recall them ever playing on the same line. Do you?

But I do like the makeup of the other three lines. And I think Linden deserves to be there.

I guess it's a little easier to imagine the chemistry working if you picture 1994 Game 7 Trevor Linden playing with peak Daniel and Henrik? *That* Trevor Linden did such an incredible job of raising his game to the next level in New York that night. Would he have been able to change the fate of the 2011 team if he'd been able to time-travel 17 years into the future?

As I'm sure you've heard, NHL players have now been asked to remain in self-isolation until at least April 15, and the B.C. government said on Tuesday that social distancing measures will remain in place for the entire month of April, and possibly into May. We're still a long way from the end of this...

My latest movie recommendation — I watched "Beverly Hills Cop" the other night. Co-produced, of course, by NHL Seattle co-owner Jerry Bruckheimer.

This was one of his early successes, following "Flashdance" and leading into "Top Gun," with a long list of huge blockbusters to follow over the next three decades.
