Preds announce this morning, on Pekka Rinne's 39th birthday, that they will raise to the rafters and retire his #35 on February 24, 2022, when the Preds take on the Dallas Stars, two days before the Stadium Series.

Pekka is a legend for this franchise and an incredible person. He truly revolutionized the game for goalies. No doubt there will be a few tears shed in Bridgestone on that night.

We all knew this day would come. I'm happy to be able to report that it is finally here.
