The Carolina Hurricanes have signed Jesperi Kotkaniemi to a one year offer sheet worth just over $6M.

The team announced this with a statement that virtually mimicked the statement the Canadiens made a few years back after signing Aho to an offer sheet.

This feels very much like a revenge move from Canes owner Dundon….
