On the Blues...
The playoffs are about survival and if there is one thing about the Conference Finals over the years it is probably the series where the pressure catches up to teams. We saw it with the Canes and we are seeing it with the Sharks who after two brutal seven game series are clearly breaking down.
The Blues aren’t healthy themselves, but they feel like a much fresher team. They are on top of their skates and are playing like they are on a mission...they are playing like they want to rid themselves of the tag of being the oldest team in the NHL to not have a Stanley Cup.
This series isn’t over and the Sharks have looked down and out before...but the Blues seem to be getting better with each passing day.
