Should the NHL Stop the Yotes from Trading Jakob Chychrun |

The Coyotes have some offers on the table for Jakob Chychrun and it is looking more and more likely that they are going to move this talented and game changing defenseman.
It’s pretty much insane.
When the Yotes moved out a bunch of talented players this summer, especially Garland, I felt as if this had decided to stop fielding an NHL team….but moving Chychrun seriously would take them out of the realm of a professional sports franchise.
If you are in a rebuild, who better to build with than than Jakob Chychrun? He is still on a reasonable contract, he is young, and he is money. When you watch the Coyotes play, Chychrun never gives up on a play…ever..
In the past the NHL has stepped in to stop trades that they felt would doom a franchise.. This is one of those cases….
However….if he is getting moved look to Boston, Florida, Toronto, the Rangers and the Islanders…I have heard at least two of those teams are far down this exploratory path already..
If Chychrun is moved you can only assume the Coyotes themselves could be moving shortly after…
