The Montréal Canadiens are in the playoff hunt, and have just gotten Patrik Laine back. They are a team many felt was in for a long rebuild. But then again, this is Montreal…..
Talking to a source yesterday and again this morning, it appears they are currently looking for a third-party to take some cap space for them in a big trade, A deal they’ve told others they want to make in the next week or two…. They’re being very closed off about what the actual deal is to the teams they’re talking to about becoming a third party…, saying they just wanna know if they’re willing to take on some cap space. And what that would cost the,.
As per usual, with sources land leaks ike this, they won’t tell me the exact big name until I get it from someplace else….so I am calling around and trying to uncover more…
