In an afternoon filled with expansion draft leaks, there is very little suspense left for tonight's television presentation of Seattle's expansion draft.
Of course, all of this is subject to change, but it appears as though the Kraken are choosing to go with young defenseman Vince Dunn instead of high-profile winger Vladimir Tarasenko.
After many ramblings that Seattle might go after some big-money players, it appears as though they have passed on most of them. At just 24-years-old with a lot of upside, Dunn was a pretty easy choice for the Kraken to make. Unlike Tarasenko, he will also cost a lot less against the cap.
In 267 games played through four seasons, Dunn recorded 32 goals and 70 assists while averaging 17:23 of ice-time.
