Quick news update…After being sent down to the AHL Checkers, Montreal swooped in and claimed Montebeault off waivers.

Best of luck to Monty. Always liked him and his attitude. Hopefully he’ll get a bigger role/chance in MTL. There was just too much of a log jam in the Florida’s blue paint.
