The Leafs are coming off a loss to Carolina on Thursday where they surrendered a two goal lead. It was Carolina's fourth two goal comeback win on the season, which is tied for the most in the league. 15 games in the NHL Saturday. 12 hours of pucktacularness. Yes. I've made that a word.
Canucks are in Toronto

Vancouver is also coming off a loss to Carolina, 2-0 on Friday.

Leafs have won three straight at home after ending a three game losing streak at Scotiabank.
Vancouver is 5-6-7 in their last 18 games. 0-2-2 in their last 4 games, being shutout twice. Canucks lead the NHL with 10 OTL's.

Leafs have won two straight at home vs Vancouver and 14-1-0 against Canucks in Toronto over the past 15 games.

Matthews has 5G, 7A during an 8 game point streak. He has 0G, 1A in his last 3 games against Canucks. However he has 18 goals in 23 career games vs Vancouver.

Knies red hot lately with 5G, 3A during a four game point streak.

With the shutout loss last night, obviously Hughes had no points, if I did my math correctly. He's only gone two straight games without a point this season, that was games 2&3 on the season.
Vancouver has played 20 road games, at one point they were 10-2-0 as the away team. Since then 1-3-4.

Just seems like Vancouver doesn't get paid time and a half for working OT.
