Well hello there all! I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday and are jumping headlong into the New Year with a sense of optimism at your back...
I'm not much for the idea of New Years resolutions and the like, but I do find myself in a position now where I have taken a hard look at what I want to do with the opportunities I have here at Hockeybuzz and how I can roll them out in a more productive and scheduled way. I have, what I feel, is a good framework for this moving ahead, and do hope that you will find something you enjoy from this resulting work along the way! My primary intent is to put the spotlight back onto the area of collectibles, producing features on products of the past, present and future, while also sharing information and resources that people can not only use, but be entertained by in some way. In addition to the collectibles slant, I also plan on mixing in a few other topics to keep things fresh for myself, such as drawing on my work as a psychologist and relating some of my knowledge there into the hockey realm, while also re-booting a few stand-by's that people seem to enjoy. Across all of these will be an attempt to lean more on video delivery. I ask for your patience with me on this! I am learning, and am bringing others into the fold who are far more capable than I in this area, so it will be a process in terms of what you will be seeing visually, but I can assure it will be consistently evolving forwards!
But enough about my intentions: Let's get to content! I really hope you will find something from what's to come that you enjoy, and ask that if you have anything you would like to see or hear about, topics to be discussed, or questions in general about any of the areas I go into, feel free to drop me a line. I'm stoked for where this could go, but recognize your input and feedback will be essential in making this happen!
