According to Arthur Staples…. Maxim Tsyplakov is expected to have hearing with Department of Player Safety for this hit on Ryan Poehling. There was no penalty called, so this is a little odd…I think we mostly agree there SHOULD have been a penalty called ….. What are your thoughts?

Scott Laughton has already been fined $5k for his cross check to Maxim by the NHL Department of safety…
