The holiday break has concluded for the Columbus Blue Jackets and they return to the ice in a divisional matchup with the New Jersey Devils in the third meeting of the season of four scheduled. Puckdrop is at 7pm from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Tonight is Damon Severson tribute night as this will be his first game against his old team of 12 years after the sign and trade that was done this summer.

Columbus comes into tonight limping with their newest injury to Sean Kuraly as he remains home resting after his hospital visit.

The Jackets have won their last two road games and look to extend their streak against the healthy Devils.

New Jersey has been in the market for goaltending as it has not been kind to them this season. Jack Hughes has been a superstar and continues to show his MVP potential.
