The pesky Ottawa Senators successfully collected all four available points in this week's back-to-back series of games against competition playoff starving teams. Ottawa defeated Detroit in Women in Hockey night and then traveled to Philadelphia in the second half of the back-to back.

David Perron recorded his fourth career Ottawa goal on the powerplay for the first goal-horn of the evening. Claude Giroux had the lone assist for his 28th apple of the year.
Period III
Red Wings' captain Dylan Larkin lit the lamp for the visitors' only goal of the night. His 27th of the season and game-tying-goal was supported only by Lucas Raymond, his 44th assist this season.
In the final minutes of regulation, Dylan Cozens, the "Workhorse from Whitehorse", shot home the eventual game winner for his first goal with the Senators and 12th of the regular season from Jake Sanderson and captain Brady Tkachuk.

The Senators stomp the Philadelphia Flyers at the Wells Fargo Arena in a 5-2 regulation victory.
Period I
Captain Brady Tkachuk opened the scoring for his 27th goal of the regular season from the drafted Flyer, Claude Giroux, and Tim Stutzle just 24 seconds into the game.
Period II
Jamie Drysdale evened the scoring for the home team for his fifth of the year from Four Nations' champion Travis Konecny; forward Olle Lycksell had his first assist of the regular season.
Tyler Kleven got the go-ahead goal for Ottawa for his third of the year from David Perron and Drake Batherson.
Rodrigo Abols got his second career goal to tie the game at two a piece from Cam York and former Flames' prospect Jakob Pelletier.
Michael Amadio answered back for the road team with the eventual game winner for his eighth goal as a member of the Senators from Adam Gaudette and Sanderson.
Period III
Dylan Cozens got the insurance goal with 9 minutes to go unassisted for his second in a Senators' sweater.
Shane Pinto sealed the deal for his club with the empty net goal with 35 seconds remaining. His 15th goal of the campaign was assisted by Amadio and Sanderson.
