Johannsen, Umburger, Brassard, Dubinsky, Anisimov...
Some of these guys play wing too...
So it's not like they HAVE to trade someone...
But it's prob worth the call to find out

yeah, it'll be intersting...i'm more of a fan of bringing getz in (with an extension)...yeah, his stats haven't been great...but his size and the way he plays will go far in changing the culture of the team...he's a top-line center with a stanley cup ring as well

yea but what goes the other way....Ryan is unhappy w the ducks now i think he will be an easier get...i realize he isn't the big center that we all covet but seems like its a nice splash that will be more cost effective

My first choice is Dubinsky bc I think we are still too soft
And he can easily transition to the wing when one of our young guys are ready

Seems reasonable a draftee is likely to get a look there to start the season, then prob. Leino if it doesnt work.

I think Staff+ would get it done. I don't see people add Armia's name in ever as a sweetener. They have a few prominent Finns on the team. They might want to bring in a young gun to learn from them. Just a thought.

the man wants to win...and is willing to spend no question....but i was referring more to the price of the trade not the contract.....Pegula still wants his team to be built well and make smart deals....and i think Getzlaf might cost to much in talent out
