sign and trade, trade his rights....I dont know, cant say I put all that much thought into it honestly - Colin Dambrauskas
Sign and trade works, but I doubt he's happy signing a contract and getting traded the next day. And can't trade his rights as They don't own them |

yup.. if Orr's skating improves enough..
*hopes* - Dozzer
i do like your optimism with Orr, but i sincerely think he's done as a leaf but id love for him to get quicker on his skates and be able to keep up with the play/lay hits...because hes a beast of a fighter and can really spark the team up. |

Honestly, when I thought about Carlo in the trade, I figured that by the time anything was worked out he would be signed...doubt he sits as a UFA much longer. |

i could care less about his hockey skill or skating ability
when he is on that bench people think twice before (frank)ing with any of the talented guys. |

going to get my grabovski jersey in sept - big_dion
Very nice...I got it off of icejerseys.com (the one that's linked to this site). Read the reviews and everyone says they have a good product so I'm looking forward to it. It's a replica, but it has the authentic stitching...I'll let you know how the quality is if you're interested? |

i do not expect orr on any team other than the Marlies.
i think that 4th line spot all depends on if the leafs make a trade or not.
for all we know Lombardi or MacArthur could be on it for a bit, even Kulemin, who knows whats going to happen. |

Think they, oh, maybe Orr will come off the bench and fight me.
And their 2nd thought is. "Nah, I'll just skate around him and turn down the fight. Im gonna hit this guy anyways". |

Lombardi yes...if he's even in the lineup.
Not a fan of MacArthur but I doubt he's on the fourth line.....Kulemin either. |

So, Voracek signs a 4 year $17M deal.
He is a RW who was an RFA. point total max at this time is 50 pts.
He is making $4.25M/year
Does this not make Grabos $5.5 seem pretty damn reasonable, when he signed it as a UFA? |

Still dont like how it was for 5 years. But I doubt he's a Leaf for the full 5 years. |

If I catch you on here tonight or tomorrow I'll let you know. The Leafs jerseys are around 180 and any order over 175$ right now is 30% off until July 31st. They look pretty sweet though. I'll post a picture as well, when I let you know. It's got the Cup patch and everything
I'm pumped...feel like a kid on Christmas morning. |

well if Kadri makes the team did you want him on the 4th line?
like i said in my post, it all depends if we make a trade or not.

if were paying him $ and hes a good player, id rather him on the 4th line that you can rely on, over him in the press box, he could also slot in lines 2 and 3 to mix things up, it happens. |

5 would be more-so what i figured, but with the contracts being tossed around and our payroll after next year, its not a big deal the .5 more.
hell, we pay tucker for another 2 years and add Armstrong in there...thats 2 mil. |

lol. Frattin isn't going to be ready come season start, so he'll most likely be in the AHL when he does return from injury.
What makes Kadri so special to put him in that spot over a proven 2nd line winger?
No way would MacArthur ever be on the 4th line. Never. |
