I did...problem is, at the price of the house and the money Ive already put in, Im just about maxed out. It would cost 10-15k to put in ducts etc for forced air (atleast) and I wouldnt be able to get the money back.

Does that mean no east coast vacation?

If you can't see white on the corners at all and you know they came from (packs and aren't fakes) it's a good idea to get them graded. It will confirm that they are real and increase the value greatly if they get a high grade. Even if they get an average grade it will still be worth more then an ungraded one.
