The price is right, not one single complain about the price or home, only complaints are condo fees and baseboard heating. Nothing I can do about that. We've had a ton of traffic...

Still...if you ever have to sell them people likely won't take your word for it. If they are in sweet condition....I would get those puppies graded...and no I'm not talking about your man breasts.

You yourself said not one offer. If you are priced right you WILL get offers. If you have something people don't want ie: Condo fees and baseboard heating...you will have to lower the price. A realtor or anybody else who is saying differently is giving you bad advice.

Understandably so, however given the sales of similar units, and house within the area, we're priced right. Houses in general arnt moving right now...not just mine.

Young people yes. If you were right though...The real estate papers would be out of business. Top Realtors in my area keep using them. Most aren't dumb enough to keep using something that doesn't work. Just saying.
