Young people yes. If you were right though...The real estate papers would be out of business. Top Realtors in my area keep using them. Most aren't dumb enough to keep using something that doesn't work. Just saying.

Similar units with Condo fees are selling for around your price? If so ...then that baseboard heating is what's killing you. Sounds like you have to be at least $5000 dollars under forced air condo fee units.

I wish there was something to talk about other than selling your home, trading cars, and what ever else comes up when nothing is going on.

Oh I'd love to, can't afford it though. Plane tickets are stupid $$. I have lots of family in Holland and Ireland, and some good friends in Germany... it would be great to see them all but I have no money, been married 1 year and own a house lol no room for other fun unless I cut things out like hockey... which would be rediculous.

no...both. Im priced similar to units that sold without forced air and condo fees which some were a little lower, others a little higher. My floor plan is much better than others that recently sold and I have a bunch of greenspace behind my yard which most units dont have either....I dont know whats going on, but if were overpriced its by a couple thousand, not 5-10....

I think the papers attract interest from people who don't actively have a realtor searching for them....or people who aren't searching mls listings on the internet themselves.
When I was selling last year I even put my house on kijiji as well as mls...newspaper ads as well when it was first listed.
Didn't sell until I price dropped it by 10 grand. When you aren't getting offers the only thing you can do is price drop really.
