He should be free to express his POV without his business being dragged into it, fear that his employees could be harassed, his stores vandalized, his supporters be targeted by would be mass murders.

And no Government at any level should even suggest that they might impede his ability to start up new restaurants and employ people.

Why should the progressive left and the gay community have any say over how Dan Cathy's life should be run, what religious beliefs he should not have, and which POVs of theirs he should embrace.

Based on the rights of the country, he is more than free to make his opinion known. I just dont think it was the best business decision for him to make, but that's just me.

As for my opinion on the subject, I a completely against people who object to the way others live their lives if it doesnt affect them. Why should you have any say over how someone else's life should be run, when they have no impact on yours? I think that is a mentality we need to eliminate in the world.
