I just dont get what the hype is about

I owe the library a few bucks too for late fees, here is my thing, if i was gonna pay money for them, i simply would have bought them, since i didn't, you can best bet i am not paying for them, ever, in any way shape or form, instead, i will simply download the PDF's and add them to my phone and read them from there, (frank) paying overdue fees, poop like that help put blockbuster, well, where blockbuster ended up, libraries are next....

Meh, most people don't mind paying fees under $10. Hell, I've even seen people pay $50 because they had brought a bunch of books a week or two late.

Then you have those like you who don't want to pay but are under $10, so they can still take books and films and not give a poop about their debt.

They can't take books or films in any library of the city. That's it. I know they send letters, not sure they go any farther than that.
