no, I use the PC for that because I know how to do private browsing and clear the memory and search/browsing history. I don't know how to do it on the ipad.

Eventually yes, but what they wanted is stop the added increase, because there was one going already of 100$ per year.

A smaller increase would have been fine to the majority, but no the government stood his ground. Hence why we're going to vote on the 4th of September.

Kids who don't pay for it themselves don't respect the process (in my experience). Anyone who skipped a lot of classes, usually had "Mommy and Daddy" paying their tuition.

Profit? I am more thinking about how people and more to the point kids, don't respect what is just "given" to the them. If they are paying for it themselves, they will think twcie about skipping class and wasting the oppurtunity that is given to them.

Think of all the people that you went to high school with that wasted high school, and then never went to college and are still burn outs working at mcdonalds. Do you really think that if those kids were given a free post secondary education, that they would have taken advantage of it? Maybe a handful that truly couldn't pay for it would had benefitted but the majoirty of them would had wasted it.

All suggestions for a free education I saw included 1- a rule where if you don't succeed in time or quit, you pay in part or full. Or 2- a way to pay afterwards, once you have a job and pay according to your revenues.

Look around the world, inform youself.
