Agree. It would be nice to see a trade worked out for Subban. - moylander
I'm guessing that Montreal would start by asking for Schenn or Couturier. |

I just don't see how flyers can work a trade and come out a step ahead in almost any scenario. Holmer is unwilling to trade our young pieces. And no one wants anything else. |

This summer the flyers struck out like lots of teams. They had every intention to add big pieces, no need to subtract. It's going to suck going into ufa next summer with most likely a more even playing field if long term contracts are out the door |

Well first of all, I don't see Montreal looking to trade him. And secondly, your again talking about Schenn or Couturier.

Dear Bill,
I would love to see a blog on offer sheeting Del Zotto or Subban. I'm not saying it is a good idea but it would make for an interesting blog where you break down why, why not, and how much would potentially get it done or totally screw the NYR (which is what we all want- not necessarily through this process). I read the report where Homer says he won't be doing it but would make an interesting read here in the dog days of summer.
Thank you for your consideration,

Both teams will match. And we don't want to just run around being jerks to everyone. That being said we could use a scoring right handed Defensemen like Subban. Unfortunatly we don't want to trade anything that others might want (ie Schenn or Coots)

I'm guessing that every team the Flyers try to trade with would start by asking for Schenn or Couturier for the next ten years. - stveshdy
