Depends where the reader's interests lies. Feast gives a lot of background on the Westeros/King's Landing/Lannister side of things and some people liked that better than the Essos/Meereen/Daenerys blend they got from Dance.

I like Dance better myself but there were some parts i really liked about feast, not sure i'd call it the worst.
