Good thing is Gros Ji-C won't have any air time on RDS radio as he's with Radio X, a trash radio.

Gagnon isn't full time there but yes Casavant was the only insightful person on the Morning Show, too bad he had to put up with Melnicks' 2 bum boys for 4 hours a day who more worried about making jokes than sports. No wonder he left, like anyone that had any talant or appeal on that station.

I was mostly talking about those two from their TSN990 days though.

I could give you a rundown of everyone on that station and why they suck. You'd expect more from a sports station but when you're a station that would rather not spend a dime cause when their 10-12 guy is a former busboy who called in everyday getting outwitted by PJ Stock on a daily basis up until Stock left full time for CBC.

Exactly. They were a station that had trouble making money, Bell decided to cut the weak link. If people honestly believe the whole French/English issues is why it's shutting down let them.

I'm not quite sure, but I think it only applies to kids of french descent, aka the ones who went to a french elementary school.

The French taught in anglo colleges is a few notches below the level of the English taught in franco colleges anyway.

It's only normal to make sure franco kids write and speak a good French, I think.
It's 'unfair' to the franco kids that wanted to go to an anglo CÉGÉP though.
