since the Olympics are over and I will probably have to get some work done this week and since I am getting a reminder from Outlook about every 3 minutes about the size of my inbox (lol), I am running an email contest today.


rules reminder

At the start of this contest I currently have 1036 emails in my inbox.

The one who guesses the final number of emails I will have left at 4pm eastern time will win the contest and an incredible amount of respect from all users of this forum.


here is the method used for clearing my inbox:

-I delete all newsletters, corporate communications, updates and the rest of the stuff nobody ever reads.
-As best I can I delete duplicates emails of the same conversation.
-Anything I can respond to in a couple of minutes I respond to.
-everyone is allowed to enter but can only enter a single response. you may alter it throughout the course of the day.

I will be covering the email count with a small post-it so I am not tempted to look during the day and subconsciously adjust.
