Yes, so it took Bozak 2 full seasons to equal Gagners point totals after him playing in the NHL for 5 years...I would say Bozak is doing pretty good...may even eclipse Gagner this year.

He is 6'1 175 pounds. And are you his personal physician that you know he is adding muscle everyday. By the time the league starts he will have added what 50 pounds of muscle? Plus I have never made up a trade scenario for any player so suck it.

Uhhhh, all of them. If Myers hits his ceiling (which is Charra), yes, definitely, all of them.

Remember, big guys take a but longer to come into their own. And really, its a crime that a forward won the Norris this year.

the oilers should improve in the standings next year, they were 19th in scoring (and about 15 before the final 6 games where they gave up) and 23rd in Goals against. that usually doesn't translate into a 29th place finish like they did last year

If Kessel can turn Bozak into a 40 point center and JVR who hasn't played center in the NHL into a 60 point player what could he do with a consistant 40 plus player who has 5 years at center under his belt playing 2nd line minutes?

Not to mention the vast improvement in special teams from the year before. The main cause of concern with the Oilers was the inability to win 1-goal games. If anything that's the one place they need to improve on.

Leo is an accessory... its semantic... make it TJ Brennan instead? My point is that the Sabres, outside Myers, can give ANY 2 D in organization w/o significantly hurting our depth.

Ennis with the wing talent in EDM is easily capable of being a 70pt+ player... he is also a home town kid. RNH is going to be a 90pt player? How different are they REALLY?

Enroth and Dubnyk would compete to start and you would have at least a somewhat reliable duo then.

Again... RNH is a fine player... but he is being way over valued.

there is zero pressure to win in EDM? have you been to EDM? nobody wanted them to finish where they did. The first third of the season they were two games above .500. did those games mean nothing. You must not watch a lot of oilers games, there weren't a lot of 6-1 games where they made the game look interesting at 6-4

ah I live near Edmonton...they have no real pressure right now get serious. 30th place 30th place 29th place and you guys still love them and brag about how bright the future is, only way to build a team ect.

Can you imagine if the Leafs finished last, last, 2nd last. People would want heads to roll. Oilers give the GM and extension for picking the consensus #1 3 years in a row and doing nothing to improve the glaring weakness of the team

See at least that is a rumour that is believable! It only involves parts that Edmonton has deemed expendable. None of the big 4 forwards or top 3 D mentioned. Any rumour that has Hall, Ebs, RNH, Yaks, Smid, Petry, Schultz, Klefbom are never happening.
