Nope, bought one, taking ownership in early October, then tons of work to get done. Planning to move in early next year.

Next summer will be chaos though, we're getting the inside done in the fall then the landscaping next spring/summer...including a pool. Mrs Symba is happy with her choice (let's be honest, i had very little to say), she loves taking care of that stuff so I can't complain.

We'll actually keep the condo and rent it after we move in the house so it gives us a lot of flexibility as to when we'll move in.
