I don't get why people feel a the best captain has to be the best player? A captain doesn't have to lead his team in goals or points, but its a guy who leads them past all obstacles. When a team has lost 5 straight that's when the captain has to be there to pick up his teammates and lead them to a win, boost their morale and get them back on track. By these standards Dion is one of the worst, the leafs where at one point a top team in the east and ended up a bottom 5 in the league. To allow a team to fall so far is completely on the shoulders of Dion.

Maybe a reason why the Habs had so much trouble this season was because their captain missed most of the season. Gionta is just all heart and gives it his all every night, not to mention he lead the habs in goals his first 2 seasons.

In Quebec, more than 135K people receive welfare for the past 10 years on average and they thank you.

For the 4 political parties at the provincial level, none of them have any plan to bring these people back in the work force.

For the CP Quebec, welfare should not be a career plan, for us, the fight against poverty won't be won with a cheque from the government.

We propose to limit welfare to a maximum of 5 years per person in his/her life. There is no free money, a mandatory training program will be put in place and if a person has a hard time keeping a job, they will work on community programs.
