This is off topic, but has anyone in Quebec heard of an album called "Zion" experience with the musicians from the Wailers? It was recorded in Montreal last year & has been getting play. A guy I work with played on the album & it's only been released in Canada. Shoot me an email if you know of anything.

welfare should be a temporary solution, not a career plan.

In Quebec, more than 135K people receive welfare for the past 10 years on average and they thank you.

For the 4 political parties at the provincial level, none of them have any plan to bring these people back in the work force.

For the CP Quebec, welfare should not be a career plan, for us, the fight against poverty won't be won with a cheque from the government.

We propose to limit welfare to a maximum of 5 years per person in his/her life. There is no free money, a mandatory training program will be put in place and if a person has a hard time keeping a job, they will work on community programs.
