Damn, yesterday I was downloading a movie on the internet, then my internet connection went down. So I waited for like 1 hr and then called telus. After 10 min. I finally got to speak to a human and not some random computer. The guy could barely speak English (probably from india or china).

So I asked him if they were having technical difficulty in my sector or was I the only one with a problem. He answered me that he didn't know since he was not in Canada and that he would transfer me to technical support. Then he hanged up on me.

Thank you telus for great costumer support.

well according to everyone in their corner. but it only matters what the owners think. if the owners are ready for a lockout, there will be a lockout, regardless of what the players offer. my opinion anyway.
