everyone says the big issue in CBA talks in revenue portioning. but it's at 57, the owners proposed 43... i'm pretty sure they'll both settle at 50. (frank) you stormey.

well, they couldn't start negotiations while the season was ongoing, obviously. then we had the draft/UFA. right after that, the owners tabled their proposal. if anything, blame the players for dragging their feet and taking a month to counter with a similarly ludicrous offer.
