Pauline Marois announced that if successful on Sept. 4. her party would immediately adopt a charter that would ban religious symbols in the public service. Employees couldn’t wear kipas, turbans or hijabs, but a crucifix would be acceptable

i think if your riding voted its candidate in at 70% or higher in the previous election, you should be able to vote in a riding of your choosing anywhere in the province.
