At 25, I was the father of an almost 3 years old boy.

That's because of the tattoos. If you have that many tattoos, you must sire a bastard child. You were only following the rules, and for that I applaud you.

Which festibière?...I know the Oktoberfest and the Bières et Saveurs are coming soon, but I'm not aware of any other festibière.

Depends on which types of beer you like. I like pretty much everything from Microbrasserie Charlevoix. Try their Lupulus, if they have it. Nice Belgian-inspired Imperial IPA. All their other IPAs are really good too.

Le Naufrageur makes pretty darn good beer. The Corte Real is the best Pale Ale in the province, IMO. Their Scotch Ale (La Carrick) is good too.

Les Trois Mousquetaires' Doppelbock, Sticke Alt and Kellerbier are good.

If you have the chance, try Brasseurs Sans Gluten. Their gluten-free beers are VERY special, but most of them are surprisingly good. The Inca Cream Ale is (frank)ed up.

Dieu du Ciel's Équinoxe du Printemps (maple flavored scotch ale) is REALLY something.

Don't try Benelux products. They suck ( ).

Don't EVER go to Le Grimoire. Their beers suck ass and they're just a bunch of douchebags.
