Off topic apparently:
Pavel Brendl lived (lives) in the Lancaster area with his family. He was teaching a high end skills clinic at Powerplay Rinks in Exton this summer. |

I want to go to Tim's time line and call one of the posters there a bad name and tell him I consider his posts retarded.
Just letting you know.

nothing is off topic, oh wait, yes there is...make sure you look at the COC
That's is pretty cool. Just seeing them as regular people and meeting them is pretty cool instead of hounding them for an autograph.

I find most hockey players, even while playing, are pretty down to earth.

I'm headed out there soon (former location, not the latter). I'll keep my eyes open and maybe get a good autograph. Thanks for the heads up! |

i think if you read it too fast...if you do read the post too quickly i can understand why you say what you said...
but it's one of the posters the mayor is going to blast |

Thanks - I misread.
So Angrytown wants to borrow Tim's time machine and call a poster a bad name? I think I got it, but not sure I understand who Tim is and why he wants to call a poster a bad name.
I am somewhat new - did an old poster opine that Brendl was the next Gretzky?

I'm not. There's this one guy who always hits the time line and rips the article and the writer then posts completely ridiculous comments on why Tim should have even written the article and to be honest...
I JUST WANT TO RIP THIS GUY SO MUCH THAT I MIGHT BE WILLING TO ACCEPT A LIFETIME BAN AND JUST GET ON WITH MY LIFE!!!!!
or I could just kick him hard if I could find him. Maybe side swipe him with my Prius. |

he wants to drive a fiat back in time, with Tim riding shot gun to call out a player from today.
Tim is backwards for Mit.
I think that's it!!! |

TIM PANACCIO
Did Hartnell Do the Right Thing? [26]
Top story in the side bar man.
And Wayne wishes he was the five tool player Pavel demonstrates night in and night out.

Got it. Sorry - I don't follow Tim P that much so I didn't get it at first.
Some kind advice - don't rip the guy and get the lifetime ban. It isn't worth it.

yeah as much as i'm not a fan of Tim's writing these days, he had to throw this out there. it is what it is...
some players are out there to get as much money as they can and the heck with the budget of the team. there are a few that what to get the money but knows the budget of teams. |

Yeah. man. He's awesome.
His new team is playing Silver Sticks in a couple weeks.
By the way, worst schedule for a tournament I have ever seen. Thanks Iceline. |

Quick change on subject - I was on "break" for a lot of recent articles - any thoughts to the Flyers most regular lineup?
I'm going ...
Harts G Voracek
Schenn B Simmonds (in light of new contract)
Read Coots Rusty
Rinaldo Talbot Sestito
Not sure where Wellwood fits in here yet.
Some good analysis by Bill M on Rinaldo.
Just my own opinion - he should get closer scrutiny from the refs on a lot of the calls. Even if a similar player commits the same infraction and doesn't get called, I believe its fair. Once you establish a history of unfair play, the refs should call the game accordingly. In other words, Rinaldo deserves to be called more than other players for the same violations.
That being said, I think Rinaldo has shown tremendous heart, and it lineup worthy. He will hit anything, and shows no fear. He is also pretty fast on his skates for that type of player.
Over time, if he behaves and shows more discipline, the refs may cut him some slack.
Just my thoughts - cheers!
