If there is no NHL I am an international hockey guy.
Doesnt compare to the Flyers though. Just not the same.
If only there was Olympic hockey this year. The best of the best going head to head. - flyer_nutter
I may get the OHL online package to watch something during the lockout. |

The kids are fun to watch.
Under 17's are exciting.
You know what crazy? I say "kids". I'm 21 and this kid I went to high school with, Jason Kasdorf is a draft pick of the Winnipeg Jets. A goalie, who is two years younger than me.

I hope one day. I honestly do. Doesnt have to be as extreme but I hope something happens. Every day I hear some BS about the presidential race, or whatever, and its funny because at the end of the day all those idiots are all the same. Off topic, but yeah...
Bringing it back to the NHL, my pet peeve is the fancy suits that sit in the best seats. They dont pay attention to the game, could care less, but are able to buy the ticket or just get a free ticket due to their connections. While true hardcore fans can barely afford tickets, and/or have to sit in nosebleeds. - flyer_nutter

The majority?

Maybe.
Still think if you weren't so nutty you would be "the man"! |

If they sit out a whole season every owner makes money. Only five or so will make significantly less. Wait until the bastards start laying off staff again. Not only do the players lose income but people with a modest salary are going to find themselves on unemployment and everyone else gets to foot the bill for something the owner has complete control over. - mayorofangrytown
And Xfinity live is the shortest lived club in history. It will be better with no traffic, but no reason to go there when the sixers aren't playing. |

I hope they close that place down! |

WOW, Dom Brown just gunned down a runner at the plate from RF. Out by 5 feet plus. |

Yeah. of course the guy he threw out was on 3rd because Dom lost the ball in the lights. One heck of a throw. On another note D. Ruff is only 5 homers aaway from Howards 37 at Reading with I believe 6 left to play. He's about 8 months older than Howard was. |

Sorry for my ignorance. What position is the Ruff?
I haven't watched much baseball this year for different reasons. We need a 3rd baseman, a LF, CF, and RF. |

Ruff is primarily a 1b. They've been playing him in LF in the hope that he could stick. I wish I could get up to Reading. Gillies, Asche and RuF are on fire. Asche is turning heads as a 22 year old 3b. When first called up to Reading he hit like .116 in June. He has his average up to .291 now. |

I'm not. There's this one guy who always hits the time line and rips the article and the writer then posts completely ridiculous comments on why Tim should have even written the article and to be honest...
I JUST WANT TO RIP THIS GUY SO MUCH THAT I MIGHT BE WILLING TO ACCEPT A LIFETIME BAN AND JUST GET ON WITH MY LIFE!!!!!
or I could just kick him hard if I could find him. Maybe side swipe him with my Prius. - mayorofangrytown
