I was watching junior hockey before they moved here. But yeah, that probably has an influence.

But if you look at junior, there are no "career Junior Players", unlike the AHL where you have a collection of career AHLers playing with kids out of Junior and future NHL players. If you look at the Marlies, their best scorer was Mike Zigomanis. A 31 year old guy who never sniffed the NHL. For the Bulldogs it was Brian Willsie. A 34 year old guy.
