It's a provincial decision to invest massively in social programs instead of balancing the books, handling public infrastructures, education and health care. Can't blame the Feds for that. It's up to the province to take care of the responsibilities they have.

Totally off topic but I watched the documentary : Enron, the smartest kid in the room yesterday and it's pretty interesting.
